order, if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for
which we were unable to verify billing information with
the credit card's issuing bank.
Shipping
All products are shipped after payment has cleared and
received by FusionXteme.

Orders will be charged based upon the price listed

System Availability
FusionXtreme makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability, except
during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties,
FusionXtreme is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
Sales Tax
Orders billed by FusionXtreme will include sales tax on all shipments to California.
FusionXtreme accepts California State reseller certificates only if they are
submitted prior to purchase. To submit your Reseller Certificate for tax-exempt
status, you must fax your reseller's license to FusionXtreme at (530) 345-3224.
