The Maltese Cross is 100% CNC machined from T6-6061 Billet Aluminum. It starts as 1 1/4” by 6" square billet aluminum and is cut on a Horizontal Milling Center to exacting tolerances.

Once this is completed, it is chemically polished and Bright Dipped anodized. This allows us to keep some of the tooling marks from the milling process. The anodizing process provides a protective coating, eliminating tarnishing which is common with untreated aluminum surfaces.

Ninety-Seven (97) Super Bright LEDs provide the light, each Maltese Cross has over 700,000mcd of pure color brightness.

This light is Animated, providing a unique lighting pattern when the running lights are on and all are fully illuminated when the brake light is applied. Custom patterns can be created for Clubs or individuals.

These lights are designed with a Universal Mounting System allowing them to be used on ATVs, Sand Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles, or, use the same light on different rides.

Why buy a separate light for different ATVs or Sand Cars when the same light will work?

These lights are weather resistant and come standard with a GM/Delco weather pack connector, shrink tubing and wiring labels indicating the ground, running and brake light wires.

The final result is 1+ pounds of T6-6061 Aluminum, sculpted Aircraft quality part, uniquely designed and available in anodized colors of Satin Clear, Triple Black, Cobalt Blue and Ruby Red. All for a competitive price, which others can only provide ‘welded’ bar stock?
