Our Focus

We started this company with the basic philosophy of taking high tech performance and accessories to the ATV, Sand Car, Golf Cart, Motorcycle and Performance Truck market at the best price possible for the owner. Our designs offer consumers new choices, innovative designs and quality products at competitive prices.

Currently, FusionXtreme designs and manufactures a number of 100% CNC machined billet aluminum products including brackets which allow you to remove your ATVs air box providing your quad with the air it needs to generate maximum performance.


Our Manufacturing Facilities in Oroville, California


Our billet products start life as designs in a high-end solid modeling software program. From there, we create a prototype using a Stereolithography system. Once we have reviewed the fit and finish, FusionXtreme then takes a chunk of T6-6061 aluminum and mills this into the final design using state of the art Horizontal Milling Centers.


FusionXtreme is the first to provide the ATV, Sand Car, Motorcycle and Performance Truck animated taillights. These lights use Super Bright LEDs and custom electronics providing animation in a billet aluminum product producing over 500,000mcd. These Billet Lights (Maltese Cross and Northern Star) are designed to be used on your ATV, Sand Car, Custom Golf Cart, Motorcycle or installed in your bumper hitch on your truck. Our other Billet Lights (Stiletto, Derringer) use 30 LED, 1157 or 1156 socket type bulbs. These lights can be configured to meet your needs and the LEDs come in a number of colors with RED being our standard configuration.




FusionXtreme is the first to provide the ATV market place with 100% CNC machined Billet Air Box Brackets. These billet brackets allow you to remove your air box completely. This allows your engine to get all of the air it needs without the air restrictions found in OEM and aftermarket air boxes. This design also provides for reduced air turbulence in the induction path. By, removing the restrictions and allowing the air to enter the intake from all directions, utilizing the air cleaners maximum flow capacity, additional HP and torque is produced.
